Overview

WallJobs AI integrates with your favorite tools to create a seamless recruiting workflow. Connect communication channels, calendars, and external systems to centralize all your recruiting activities.

WhatsApp

Send messages and sequences through WhatsApp Business via Kontato.

LinkedIn

Connect with candidates and send InMails directly from WallJobs.

Email

Connect Gmail or Outlook for seamless email communication.

Calendar

Sync with Google Calendar or Outlook for interview scheduling.

WhatsApp (Kontato)

Connect your WhatsApp Business account through our Kontato integration to:

  • Send individual messages to candidates
  • Include WhatsApp steps in your sequences
  • Track message delivery and read receipts
  • Receive replies directly in the candidate profile

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp
  2. Click Connect Kontato
  3. Log in to your Kontato account or create one
  4. Authorize WallJobs AI to send messages
  5. Select the WhatsApp number to use
Note
Kontato is our official WhatsApp Business API partner. It handles compliance, message templates, and delivery optimization.

LinkedIn

Connect your LinkedIn account to enhance your recruiting workflow:

  • View LinkedIn profiles directly in WallJobs
  • Send connection requests with personalized notes
  • Send InMail messages (requires LinkedIn Premium)
  • Include LinkedIn steps in sequences

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → LinkedIn
  2. Click Connect LinkedIn
  3. Authorize WallJobs AI in the LinkedIn popup
  4. Grant the requested permissions
LinkedIn Limits
LinkedIn has daily connection request and InMail limits. WallJobs AI respects these limits to protect your account. Consider using LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator for higher limits.

Email Providers

Connect your email account to send messages directly from WallJobs AI:

Gmail

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Email
  2. Click Connect Gmail
  3. Sign in with your Google account
  4. Grant permissions for sending and reading emails

Outlook / Office 365

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Email
  2. Click Connect Outlook
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account
  4. Grant the requested permissions

Custom SMTP

For other email providers, configure custom SMTP settings:

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Email → Custom SMTP
  2. Enter your SMTP server details (host, port, username, password)
  3. Configure IMAP settings for reply tracking (optional)
  4. Send a test email to verify the connection
Email Best Practice
Connect your real email account rather than a generic one. Candidates are more likely to respond to messages from a real person.

Calendar Integration

Connect your calendar to streamline interview scheduling:

  • View your availability when scheduling interviews
  • Send calendar invites directly from WallJobs
  • Sync interview events to your calendar
  • Get reminders for upcoming interviews

Google Calendar

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar
  2. Click Connect Google Calendar
  3. Select which calendars to sync
  4. Choose the default calendar for new events

Outlook Calendar

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Calendar
  2. Click Connect Outlook Calendar
  3. Sign in with your Microsoft account
  4. Configure sync preferences

Webhooks

Set up webhooks to receive real-time notifications when events occur in WallJobs AI:

  • candidate.created - New contact added
  • candidate.updated - Contact information changed
  • shortlist.stage_changed - Candidate moved in pipeline
  • sequence.replied - Candidate replied to sequence
  • sequence.completed - Sequence finished for a candidate

Setup

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Webhooks
  2. Click Add Webhook
  3. Enter your endpoint URL
  4. Select which events to receive
  5. Copy the signing secret for verification

API Access

Build custom integrations using our REST API:

  4. Start making API calls

API access is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Contact sales if you need API access on a lower tier.
