Subscriptions

Manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal. Update payment methods, view invoices, and change plans.

Overview

WallJobs AI subscriptions are managed through Stripe, our secure payment processor. Organization owners can manage all aspects of their subscription including plan changes, payment methods, and billing details.

Subscriptions are billed at the organization level, and all workspaces and members share the plan benefits.

Managing Your Subscription

Access your subscription settings:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. View your current plan and usage
  3. Click Manage Subscription to open the Stripe portal

In the Stripe billing portal, you can:

  • View current plan details
  • Change your subscription plan
  • Update payment methods
  • View and download invoices
  • Update billing information
  • Cancel your subscription
Note
Only organization owners can access the billing portal. Admins can view billing information but cannot make changes.

Upgrading Your Plan

Upgrade to a higher plan for more credits and features:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade Plan
  3. Select your new plan
  4. Review the price change
  5. Confirm the upgrade

What Happens When You Upgrade

  • Immediate access - New features and limits are available immediately
  • Prorated billing - You pay only for the remaining time in your current billing cycle at the new rate
  • Credit boost - Your credit balance is topped up to the new plan's monthly allocation
  • Member/workspace limits - New limits apply immediately
Try Before You Buy
Start with the free tier or a lower plan and upgrade as your needs grow. Upgrades are instant and prorated fairly.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrade to a lower plan if you need fewer features:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier plan
  4. Review the changes
  5. Confirm the downgrade

What Happens When You Downgrade

  • End of billing cycle - Changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
  • Keep current features - You retain access to all features until the cycle ends
  • Prepare for limits - Reduce members/workspaces before the downgrade takes effect if you exceed the new limits
Before Downgrading
If your current usage exceeds the new plan's limits (members, workspaces), you'll need to reduce before the downgrade. The system will notify you of any conflicts.

Billing Cycle

Choose between monthly and annual billing:

Monthly Billing

  • Billed on the same day each month
  • Credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle
  • Cancel anytime with no long-term commitment
  • Flexibility to change plans each month

Annual Billing

  • Billed once per year
  • Save up to 20% compared to monthly
  • Credits refresh monthly (not all at once)
  • Best value for long-term users

Switch between billing cycles:

  1. Open the Stripe billing portal
  2. Click on your current plan
  3. Select Change to Annual or Change to Monthly
  4. Confirm the change
Note
Switching from monthly to annual applies credit for remaining time. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at renewal.

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods through Stripe:

  • Credit Cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express
  • Debit Cards - Most debit cards with card network logos
  • Boleto Bancário - Available for Brazil (annual plans)
  • PIX - Instant payment for Brazil

Updating Payment Method

  1. Open the Stripe billing portal
  2. Click Payment Methods
  3. Add a new payment method
  4. Set it as default
  5. Remove old payment methods if desired

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • We'll attempt to charge again after 3 days
  • You'll receive email notifications about the issue
  • Your subscription remains active during the grace period
  • After multiple failures, subscription may be paused
  • Update your payment method to resolve immediately

Invoices & Receipts

Access all your billing documents:

  1. Open the Stripe billing portal
  2. Click Invoices
  3. View or download any invoice

Each invoice includes:

  • Invoice number and date
  • Plan details and pricing
  • Any prorated amounts or credits
  • Tax information (where applicable)
  • Payment status

Billing Information

Update your billing information for invoices:

  1. Open the Stripe billing portal
  2. Click Billing Information
  3. Update company name, address, tax ID (CNPJ/CPF)
  4. Save changes

Cancellation

To cancel your subscription:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. Click Cancel Subscription
  4. Complete the cancellation survey (optional)
  5. Confirm cancellation

What Happens After Cancellation

  • Access until end of cycle - You keep full access until your current billing period ends
  • Data retained - Your data is preserved for 30 days after subscription ends
  • Downgrade to free - After the paid period, your account converts to the free tier
  • Export available - Export your data before cancellation
Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel an annual plan, you retain access until the end of the prepaid year.

Reactivating After Cancellation

Changed your mind? You can reactivate:

  • During cancellation period - Go to Settings → Billing and click "Reactivate" to continue your subscription
  • After expiration - Subscribe to any plan to restore your account and data (within 30-day retention period)
